How many cookies come in a pound (lbs)?

Most of our cookies are handmade, which means hand cut portions are not always equal. Cookies that contain jelly will be heavier than cookies that don’t, therefore resulting in less quantity. The amount of cookies per container will vary.

Do you sell gluten-free products?

Accepted Answer

No we do not, as our facility and equipment is exposed to wheat flour particles.

I have a nut allergy, are your products safe for me?

Accepted Answer

We are not a nut-free facility. Many of our cookies do not contain nuts, but are manufactured in the same facility with the same equipment that nut cookies are produced.

What allergies should I be aware of?

Accepted Answer

Most of our products contain nuts, soy, eggs, milk and wheat (gluten).

Will my cookies arrive in tact?

Accepted Answer

Please expect some breakage as your package will be handled by many people before it arrives to your door. We are not responsible for the lateness or damage of your order caused by the carrier once it leaves our facility. We will help setup a claim with the postal service to get you a refund.
